SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Shipping
All US orders are shipped via First Class Mail through the USPS Postal Service and include Delivery Confirmation. Once shipped, domestic packages usually take between 3-7 business days to arrive. Please read the shipping terms for each product, though, as they do tend to differ
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
Any refund/return requests must be made within 5 business days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior written notice. Returned items will be refunded the full purchase price minus the shipping costs.

International customers, your package may be subject to import taxes , custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country; it is your responsibility to pay the additional costs determined by your country.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 5 days for a full refund minus the cost of shipping or exchange it for a full credit against any other item which will ship free of charge. Pieces will not be accepted for return after 5 days but will be issued merchandise credit only. No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. If you accidentally damage your piece or lose 1/2 of your earring, please contact us at LYVcollective@gmail.com to notify us of the return or exchange, or to discuss repair options.
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
